What is with composers writing double F's at the beginning of pieces?? Well, that is the new norm I guess. The new norm is in! Keeping it real. Posers don't apply. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the return of live music.

Premiering new work from University of Denver composer Gregory Walker "Frito Bandito on the Moon" for alto saxophone and video guitar. To understand how the technical level has changed since the late 1990's for saxophone...as early as measure nine, saxophonist is required to perform a sixteenth-note altissimo F at pianissimo. My, how times have changed!
